Comments from ICAN offender/handlers about the pups

The ICAN Handlers at Indiana Women's Prison had a great time with the pups over the Holidays and wanted to share their thoughts about these special pups.

Morie (aka Sagamore, Little Morie and Golden Boy)
"Morie has really gotten into his training groove. He turns on lights, does a down and gives his paw in a shake. He is one of the cuddliest pups I have ever had! He loves to bury his face in my neck and sleep. I fell in love with his face on the blog, and know I know why. There is just something special about this little guy!:)" --Amanda ICAN Handler/IWP

Benton
"Benton is working on everything. He is eager to play and learn. Crate training is his favorite because he is so sleepy most of the time." -

Vallonia "Lonnie"
"Lonnie is enjoying going up and down the stairs as well as learning to retrieve various objects. She loves to explore and hang out with her brothers!" -- Melinda ICAN Handler/IWP

Allen
"Allen is VERY ambitious. He loves to train and EAT!!! He is still trying to get use to walking on his leash" -- DeVonna ICAN Handler/IWP

Tippicanoe "Tippy" "His training is going well. He is tugging the glove off my hand and learning to flip the light switch on and off. He is obsessed with water and makes a mess just like his father - Jammer!!"-- Deb ICAN Handler/IWP.

Jasper
"He is a little polar bear!! He is putting his mouth on the training dumbbell (beginning stage of a working retrieve) and readily picks it up! He loves doing "turn" and "spin". -- Amy, ICAN Handler/IWP
