One Week Old

The pups are already one week old. Weights range from 14 oz (little yellow boy) to 26 oz (white marked black male). I have started giving the pups their first nail trim, not fun with so many black puppies. I try to catch them sleeping or eating, and use human nail trimmers at this age. Their eyes are also starting to crack open. The edge closest to the midline/nose is beginning to separate. It will still be a number of days until their eyes are fully open. No new pictures since my digital camera flash died - bad timing! Yesterday, I purchased a new camera, and have it all charged up and software loaded in the computer, so hopefully more pics tomorrow.
